“Andy is a multi-talented composer, music producer, song writer and remixer.
His work for screen includes original soundtrack work for the critically acclaimed feature film TT3D Closer to the Edge, the gritty 13-part drama Hunters (NBC Universal), edgy modern thriller AlleyCats edge of seat No Way Up and Swordfish (with Paul Oakenfold) feat John Travolta, Hugh Jackman + Halle Berry.
Alongside his original soundtrack work his commercial releases and remixes have formed the soundtrack to massive box office hits such as Collateral, The Bourne Identity, Get Carter, Zoolander and The Matrix.
In additional Andy has also written several theme tunes for TV formats including Big Brother and Annie Mac Superstar DJ.
Aside from his work for picture Andy has a prolific career in the commercial world working as a remixer, programmer, producer and songwriter for major artists such as Tori Amos, Paul Oakenfold, Gary Numan, Hard Fi, Enter Shikari, Natacha Atlas, Pet Shop Boys, Tears For Fears, U2, Madonna, Korn, The Dave Matthews Band, Penguin Café Orchestra, Republica and The Human League.”

Andy began his ventures in the pop world with Derek B one of the UK’s first Rap artists to break on to the pop scene, in the early 90’s. He then went to work with the Human League for their re-launch album “Octopus”. His work with Tori Amos began in the late 90’s and progressed onto her album “The Choirgirl Hotel”. At the same time Andy started a Dance Band “Amoebaassassin” and created his own Label BPM Records.
Recently Andy has been writing and playing in his new band FATAL, some of whose songs have been in the US TV show The Traveller. He has also been co-writing Aimee Osbourne’s debut album and has some new songs underway with John Foxx and his friend Gary Numan.
Andy has mixed Dance sets for Paul Oakenfold, Sasha, Digweed BT and many others. Paul Oakenfold heard one of the Amoebaassassin tracks on Radio One and signed them to EastWest Records. RollerCoaster was one of the biggest tracks of 1998 for Paul in Cream Liverpool and Ibiza. Andy then started co-writing with Paul on a lot of projects from Paul’s Solo Album “Bunkka” to Remixes for Madonna, U2, and Dave Matthews Band. Andy wrote a track “Ready Steady Go” which was used on the “Bunkka” album. This track is known worldwide and has been used on The Bourne Identity, Collateral, Saab US, Sky Sports, to mention but a few.
Andy and Paul also co-wrote the score for Swordfish with Chris Young and Amoebaassassin wrote the end title track ‘Get out of my life’. Following the scoring of Swordfish Andy wrote the score independently on Steal for the French Director Gerard Perre’ and then went on to score TimeCop II, he also wrote the theme tune for Channel 4s Big Brother. Andy has remixed music to picture for Zoolander, The Matrix, The Bourne Identity, and Collateral. More recently he completed a rollercoaster of a film score for CinemaNX’s TT3D: Closer to the Edge, a feature film documentary about the legendary Isle of Man’s TT bike race.
Andy also has a couple of exciting new alternative electronic side projects, including ‘DeadKarm’ (likened to a Massive Attack vibe) and also raw 80’s band ‘Electromatic’. Both projects have notably unique sounds and have been successful in securing a number of different sync placements.
His latest credits include the gritty Universal NBC 13 part series for SyFy “Hunters”working along side Gale Ann Hurd and hard hitting UK feature film drama “Alleycats” which recently premiered at Londons East End Film Festival.
